We are expecting the occupancy permit to be issued on Monday 29th August 2016. This is the final trigger for settlement.

In most instances, settlement will fall ten days from the day the occupancy permit is issued. This would mean settlement will fall on Thursday 8th September 2016.

The builder has informed us that next week is the final opportunity to complete the pre settlement inspections at Play House.

No further inspections are available after 5.00pm on Friday 26 August.

Please note due to occupational health and safety, no person will be granted access without being pre-registered.

The below procedure needs to be strictly adhered to.

Access Times for Purchaser Inspections

Access times available are strictly as follows by pre-registration only. We have allowed 15 minute intervals for each booking i.e. 9.00am, 9.15am, 9.30am etc:

Time slots still available are Monday 22nd August to Friday 26th August 9.00am to 4.45pm

Pre Registration Process

All apartments must be pre-registered individually otherwise access will be denied.

There is only one inspection allowed per apartment, so please ensure any representatives required are present at the appointment i.e. building inspectors, real estate agents etc.

Registration process is as follows:

All registrations must be made in writing with Anna Gelsumini by email at anna@blueearth.com.au

Inspection requests must include the following information prior to being pre-registered:

  1. Purchaser name
  2. Name of the representative inspecting
  3. Booking confirmation email address
  4. Booking confirmation mobile phone number
  5. Apartment no to be inspected
  6. Preferred inspection time option 1
  7. Preferred inspection time option 2

Once the request has been received, Anna will confirm by email the booking, or recommend an alternative time.

On site, Anna will induct the purchaser/s and/or representatives, and walk them through the apartment.

Please note, no access will be granted if the specific apartment is not pre-registered.

All purchaser/s and/or representatives are required to arrive 10 minutes early for registration.

With Play House almost complete, we are now ready for bank valuations. The financier may require a bank valuation inspection to be carried out in order to complete the loan application.   The bank valuation inspections are by appointment only and must be booked through us.

Playhouse – May 2016 Update

Play House is now well advanced and nearing completion. The scaffolding is currently being peeled off showcasing the beautiful architectural elements of the building. Internally, all the contractors are working cohesively to deliver the project to the highest standard in a timely and orderly manner. Kitchens, bathrooms, plastering and tiling is almost complete, as well as all the wonderful shared spaces which include the pool, gymnasium and bbq areas.

 Moving forward, we will provide you with some helpful hints to guide you through the settlement process.

Our team will have a dedicated contact person as the point of contact for all matters relating to the upcoming settlement of Play House.

We will advise of settlement timing, assist with finance enquiries, as well as conduct bank valuation and purchaser inspections.

Settlement Date
Settlement is anticipated for Mid/Late August 2016. 

We will keep you updated as we get closer to this date.


Legal Matters

For legal matters, please ensure you continue to liaise with the legal representative. They will require a fully executed copy of the contract of sale as a starting point. If a legal representative is yet to be appointed, please ensure it is done so immediately.

Finance Application

If finance is required to settle the apartment, you need to ensure you are working diligently with them to ensure all documentation is in place in readiness for settlement. Please note the application process is longer, and significantly more difficult than previously. We recommend you stay in regular contact with the financier and pass on any updates that might be relevant to them. If a financier is yet to be appointed, please ensure it is done so immediately.

Bank Valuation Inspection
The financier may require a bank valuation inspection to be carried out in order to complete the loan application.

The bank valuation inspections are by appointment only and must be booked through us.

In due course we will provide you will information on the valuation process.

At this stage, we expect valuations to commence in early July 2016. We will keep you updated as we get closer to this date.

The Concrete structure is complete with Tower Crane 1 being removed from the site.

The framing and plastering is going well and up to level 6 at this stage.
