We are pleased to advise that Valuation Inspections for Botanique at 144 Hawthorn Road, can be booked in as of Friday 10th February. All banks are to contact Chen Rosenwald on 0404 562 440 for site access.
Purchaser inspection can then be booked in from Monday 20th February to Friday 24th February between 8am and 3pm. Purchasers are to bring a measuring tape to measure for furniture plus invite their rental managers and any other trades such as a blinds installer to be present as this is the only opportunity to access PRIOR to settlement. Purchaser Inspections can also be booked with Chen.
Settlement is expected to occur between early to mid March but this is currently dependent on the outcome of purchaser inspections and council issuing titles.
