It is with pleasure that I write to confirm that the Plan of Subdivision for Gardenside was registered today, this being the trigger for Settlement which is to occur on Tuesday 16th August, 2016
Please touch base with your Legal Representative and financier to make arrangements for your settlement.
Your Solicitor will confirm with you your time for settlement. We suggest that you wait at least one hour after your settlement time to come to site to collect your keys, as this will allow us enough time to receive notification that your settlement has in fact occurred.
Any request for an early settlement must be done via Solicitor to Solicitor and can now be initiated.
Key collection on the day of settlement will be from the foyer of the Gardenside building where you came for your pre-settlement inspection (second staircase entry from Bay Road) and we will be on site from 10.30am – 6.00pm. Following the main settlement day and for the balance of the week, keys maybe collected from site between 11.00am – 2.00pm Wednesday – Friday.
For settlements prior to the 16th August and for any settlements which fall beyond the 19th August, keys must be collected by appointment only.
If you intend for someone other than yourself to collect the keys to your apartment at settlement, the attached form must be signed by you the purchaser and returned to this email address as soon as possible.
