We are excited to advise that the Belmarc apartments are progressing well and looking great. Completion is expected for early to Mid-February 2017 with settlement shortly after in approximately Mid-March 2017.
Belmarc is on track and progressing well.
All windows are in and the building Is now fully plastered.
The water proofing has also been completed with Builders now starting to install kitchens and vanities on the ground floor and working their way up.
Belmarc is moving along quickly, with plastering now commenced.
The expected completion is due in approximately January / February, 2017.
