We would like to advise you that Lovelight has been appointed as a preferred supplier to install blinds at Pier One.
Lovelight has taken the liberty of measuring and pricing each individual apartment to bring you an exciting window furnishing offer. The benefit to you is that your blinds have been priced along with all other window furnishings in the complex resulting in much lower price for everyone!
Secondly, Lovelight has been granted access for blind installation as soon as your blinds are ready. Obviously when leasing it is imperative to have blinds installed from settlement or close to, as without blinds, this can cost you anything from 1-4 weeks rental, whilst you await blind installation. Likewise, if you are moving in into your new apartment, you want to be sleeping in comfort from night one.
All blinds quoted adhere to the specific guidelines set out in the OC rules of the building and have been approved by the team at Pier One.
If you order and pay online in full by Friday November 3rd, you will receive a 5% discount. This discount will end after this date.

Please find below the latest update from the developer of the Pier 1 development:
We can confirm that the plan of subdivision has now been lodged with the Titles Office.
We anticipate that the plan of subdivision will be registered within the next two (2) weeks.
Pursuant to the Contract of Sale, settlement will occur ten (10) days after registration and after the certificate of occupancy is issued. It is anticipated that the certificate of occupancy will be issued on or around 13 November 2017.
That means settlement is likely to occur on or around 23 November 2017.
If you have not already done so, now is also the time for you to finalise finance. We recommend you contact your bank at your earliest convenience to ensure that settlement takes place on time to avoid any possible penalties.

He is familiar with the Pier One Development and will be able to take you through the finance process quickly to ensure settlement dates are complied with.
The Bank will be required to conduct a valuation of the apartment prior to finance being approved.

Should you be interested, orders will be accepted via the Lovelight website and you will shortly be issued with login details, direct on the Lovelight website.
We wish to advise that Pier 1 is progressing well with completion current expected for early November.
As construction is nearing completion the option for a storage unit above bonnet in the car park have become available.

As we approach the Xmas shutdown period we wanted to provide you with our current construction status for your reference.
We have made a very good start to the project and our structure is progressing ahead of schedule. We had hoped to complete the ground floor by the break however are pleased to report that we have already poured 50% of Level Two.
We resume works on the 9th January and will be endeavoring to maintain the pace into 2017
Piling of the site has commenced on Saturday 15th October.
Construction is now scheduled for 14 months, to be completed before the end of 2017.
