Pre Settlement Inspection
If you have not yet booked in for your pre-settlement inspection, please ensure that you contact Property Settlement Solutions on +613 9036 3383.
Your pre settlement inspection is your only opportunity to inspect your apartment prior to settlement.
If you require a bank valuation inspection and have not had one yet, it is critical that you have your banks valuer contact us urgently on +613 9036 3383. If you do not require a bank valuation, and have not yet advised Property Settlement Solutions, it is imperative to let us know.
Apartment Key Collection
Your apartment keys will be available for collection from your sales agent. Please contact your respective agent directly to organise a time to pick up your keys after your settlement has taken place.

The Conservatory has been built using an embedded electrical network contracted to Shine Power for the supply of electricity. Electricity is provided in bulk to all apartments at a discounted rate by Shine Power.

Your apartment has been provided with a telephone/fax connection point.
Your apartment has been wired for telephone lines. You will need to contact your preferred service provider to arrange your telephone account and the details of your service.
Your apartment is ready for Pay TV (Foxtel).
Please call Foxtel on 13 19 99 to install Pay TV.
Your apartment is NBN ready. You will need to contact your preferred supplier to activate your service.
Please note the NBN distribution box is located in the wardrobe of your apartment.
Post Settlement Maintenance
To report construction defects that may arise post settlement (but within your maintenance period), you will need to complete a defect registration form and submit this to email@example.com
