We are pleased to announce that settlement has been called and all purchasers are to be advised of the move in procedures & the key collection process.

Please visit http://mimor.com.au/#/ and register as a new resident. You will then be prompted to fill in your details and enter ‘687 Glen Huntly road, Caulfield’ in the building name or address section. This website will provide you with all “booking in a move” and utility information required prior to moving in.

Key collection will take place from the Castran Gilbert office in South Yarra.
We suggest coming in 30 minutes post receiving settlement notification to ensure we have received it also. It is not required to book in to collect keys.

Good News! We are pleased to notify all purchasers Gala Apartments are practically complete and all defects currently being attended to. The developer has advised they are waiting on a piece of documentation in order to call for settlement, which is expected to take place in Early to Mid-February. We will keep you informed regularly in regards to keys collection and all other important settlement details as this exciting time approaches.
Great News! We are pleased to announce Gala is now practically complete and ready for Purchaser Inspections.
Purchaser Inspections will take place on Saturday the 9th of December from 10:00am – 11:00am. No bookings required.
Both a Castran Gilbert & Builder Representative will be present.
We have been advised that the Developer is expecting compliance by the end of this week. Once the Registration of Sub-Division Plan Titles at the Title Registry office has been done, Settlement will be called. Title Registration is expected to occur between the 15th – 20th of December, however this is dependent on Council and other authorities. Once the titles are registered without delays, settlement is then expected to start in Late December – Early January.

Great News! As settlement is fastly approaching we are pleased to advise valuation inspections are now able to be conducted.

Please be reminded that this is inspection is for your bank or broker only. We will be arranging purchaser inspections towards the 15th of November and all purchasers with be notified by us accordingly to book in.

Construction at 687 Glenhuntly is progressing along well.
Most balconies have been waterproofed & tiles laid

Painting currently underway (apartments & hallways)
Timber flooring & carpet to be installed shortly
Lift has been installed
Façade & external fittings mostly complete
We are happy to advise that the construction work for the Gala development are progressing well and the apartments are shaping up nicely.
All concrete structure complete, including the roof. Most external cladding complete, just some areas remaining. All rough in (services) has been completed and plaster works as well. The wet areas are currently being tiled and the builders are about to commence installing joinery shortly.
Estimated completed is around June this year.
We will provide further updates as the project progresses.
We are pleased to advise that the Gala Apartments are well underway and on track for completion towards the end of June. Settlements will follow shortly after in Late July 2017.
