The last of the joinery, services fitoff (including car stacker and lift systems) and internal apartment and common area finishes are being prepared, along with the front entry fencing, footpath replacement and basement ramp for final completion and building certification. We are pleased to announce tiling and first coats of painting have started on apartment interiors with joinery, lift and car stackers commencing over the next week. Building exterior and scaffold will also be completed and removed over the coming week. Still on track for completion at the end of June and settlements to follow shortly after.
We wish to advise that construction for Camden at 681 Inkerman Road is scheduled for end June completion and titles/settlements may take up to 4-6 weeks after that.

- Concrete structure complete with last common staircase run and lift lid to be poured imminently.
- Wall framing to level 3 apartments now complete with roof framing works commenced.
- Services rough in commenced to basement, level 1 and level 2.
- Roofing and external framing/cladding will be commencing in the new year as well as internal wall/partitions to levels 1 and 2 in preparation for windows and plaster.

The ground slab has now been poured at Camden and the First Floor suspended slab is being prepared to pour in the next couple of weeks.
The Camden project status can be summarised as follows:
The basement retention, floor slab, car stacker pit, basement columns and associated in-ground civil works are now all complete.
The ground floor suspended slab is being formed up and expected to be poured by the end of September which is in line with the original contract program completion date despite the extensive amount of wet weather faced over the past few months.
Works will proceed with the remaining structure which is targeted to be completed by the end of the year.
