Please be advised that Titles were received yesterday, 21/10/2015 for Bayside Tower.
A letter has been issued to all Purchaser’s Solicitors advising of this.
An inspection is scheduled with the MFB for their certification of the building for tomorrow, 23/10/2015.
As soon as MFB sign off is issued the certificate of occupancy will be issued.
A letter will go out to all Purchaser’s Solicitors as soon as the Certificate of Occupancy is received.

The `Certificate of Occupancy’ forecast to be in mid October.

We suggest you contact your financier to prepare for October 2015 settlement. Your financer will appoint a valuer to complete a valuation of your apartment and they will need access to the building and your apartment to complete this valuation. We will confirm a number of dates and provide these to your sales agents and legal representatives. Plesase note we will not be letting valuers through until September/October 2015. To assist valuers with scheduling access to the building please arrange for them to contact Phil King at Urban on 0408 525 406 to co-ordinate an inspection time. Urban will also be in touch to schedule purchaser pre-settlement inspections in due course.
Buyers will ONLY be allowed onsite once we have achieved Certificate of Occupancy and a pre-settlement inspection date is booked before settlement. We will contact you towards completion to let you know when this date will be.
