The developer has now informed us that all the necessary paper work is now complete and has been lodged with the titles office and SRO. The processing time will take approximately between 15 days (best case scenario) and 21 days (worst case scenario).
Settlement should be possible thereafter.
We will continue to provide you with updates as we receive them from the developer. You should also be liaising closely with your solicitor/convenyancer.

Banque 88 construction is moving along well with weather causing only some delays before the Christmas holidays.
The building’s concrete structure was completed on the 25th of January 2015 approximately 4 – 5 weeks ahead of schedule.
Windows have also been completed up to level 13, along with plaster up to level 9 and kitchens up to level 6.
Ground floor fit out is due to start in April.

Banque 88 is moving along fast with the core to be completed by late November – early December.
The aim is to have the structure completed and windows in by Christmas.

Infrastructure works have been completed and the core construction has commenced. Hamilton Marino is currently concreting the first floor. Significant progress has taken place with respect to the construction of the development and subject to the weather and any unexpected occurrences, the completion of works in anticipated to occur in two stages approximately around:
Stage 1: June – September 2015 for Levels 1 – 10; and
Stage 2: September – December 2015 for the remaining of the building.
The Plan of Subdivision has been amended in accordance with recommendations of consultants resulting in variance of layout of some apartments on 15th, 16th and 17th floors. Unless you have specifically notified of the alteration, we are instructed that this does not materially affect your property.
Around the first 2 weeks of May 2015, the developer will be in a position to provide you with the final progress update and the program for completion of Stage 1.
