The developer has now informed us that all the necessary paper work is now complete and has been lodged with the titles office and SRO. The processing time will take approximately between 15 days (best case scenario) and 21 days (worst case scenario).

Settlement should be possible thereafter.

We will continue to provide you with updates as we receive them from the developer. You should also be liaising closely with your solicitor/convenyancer.

Banque 88 Final Inspections

You now have the opportunity to view your apartment, by appointment only.
Your pre settlement inspection is your first and final inspection before settlement of your property.
Each inspection is allocated a period of 15 minutes and is your opportunity to do the following, if required:
  • Complete a condition report and bring any issues to the attention of the builder.
  • Take any measurements you require, ie fridge recess, washing machine space, room dimensions, etc. Please ensure you bring a measuring tape.
Please be advised there is a maximum of four (4) people to accompany each inspection.
If you are residing interstate or overseas and unable to make it for your pre settlement inspection, we can do the inspection on your behalf and email you through a copy of the defect report. Please let us know via email.
Inspections are by appointment only and will be offered on a first in, first served basis.
A representative will meet you, at your nominated time, at the front of the building on Clarke Street.
Please allow sufficient time to find a car park and make your way to the meeting spot.

Please commence your final preparation for settlement, ensuring your finances are in order.
If your bank has not yet booked in for their bank valuation inspection, please ensure that this is done as soon as possible.

Banque 88 – June 2015 Update

We are pleased to inform you that construction of your apartment at Banque 88 is in the final stage of completion.

Please ensure all your financial and legal requirements are in place, for an upcoming settlement. In readiness for settlement, your apartment is now available for valuation.

Access to the development is now available for bank valuation purposes.

Arrangements should be made and confirmed at least 24 hours before the intended inspection. Please have your bank/ valuer contact:

Last minute inspections or cancellations will not be entertained. Access is strictly for valuation purposes only. Times and dates for final inspection will be provided at a later stage.

It is important that you get in contact with your legal representative to check whether all relevant documents have been signed and are ready for settlement. If you have not yet appointed a solicitor/conveyancer, it is critical that you do so.

Banque 88 – February 2015 Update


Banque 88 construction is moving along well with weather causing only some delays before the Christmas holidays.
The building’s concrete structure was completed on the 25th of January 2015 approximately 4 – 5 weeks ahead of schedule.

Windows have also been completed up to level 13, along with plaster up to level 9 and kitchens up to level 6.
Ground floor fit out is due to start in April.

Expected completion date is mid-September 2015. We will issue further updates throughout the year.

Banque 88 is moving along fast with the core to be completed by late November – early December.
The aim is to have the structure completed and windows in by Christmas.

Banque 88 – August 2014 Update

Infrastructure works have been completed and the core construction has commenced. Hamilton Marino is currently concreting the first floor. Significant progress has taken place with respect to the construction of the development and subject to the weather and any unexpected occurrences, the completion of works in anticipated to occur in two stages approximately around:

Stage 1: June – September 2015 for Levels 1 – 10; and
Stage 2: September – December 2015 for the remaining of the building.

The Plan of Subdivision has been amended in accordance with recommendations of consultants resulting in variance of layout of some apartments on 15th, 16th and 17th floors. Unless you have specifically notified of the alteration, we are instructed that this does not materially affect your property.

Around the first 2 weeks of May 2015, the developer will be in a position to provide you with the final progress update and the program for completion of Stage 1.

This information has also been passed onto your conveyancer.
