We have been advised that the plan of subdivision of 213 Burwood Hwy has now been registered and settlement will occur on the 15th of December, 2016. The developer’s lawyers have sent out a settlement notice early this week. Keys can be collected from our office in South Yarra after we have received notice of your settlement.

We have been advised that the final inspection has been completed by the developers and a minor defects report is currently being compiled for builders repair. We anticipate it will then take approximately a few weeks for builders for correct these defects. Final inspections for buyers thus is estimated to occur in late November. We will keep you updated on the progress.

The Developer advises that with the new Town Planning updating, they have to reschedule the settlement until November, as the extra roadwork outside site the boundary has to be finished before the Council will grant the Permit.
The building inside is now complete and they will organize the final inspections with all purchasers during the coming weeks.
