Bank Valuation Reminder

Apartment Key Collection
Once settlement has been confirmed with your legal representative, your apartment keys will be available for collection from Russo Pellicano Carlei Solicitors. In order to arrange collection, please contact:

Please ensure that your settlement has taken place and you have received confirmation from your conveyencer/solicitor, before arranging the collection of your keys.
Please also ensure that you bring photo identification, when coming to pick up your keys.
If you would like a representative to collect the keys on your behalf, you must bring with you a written authority for your representative to collect the keys on your behalf, otherwise the keys will not be released.

You must register and make a booking with MIMOR prior to moving into your new apartment. In order to book a move in time, please follow the step-by-step instructions below.
Log on to the MIMOR Portal on www.mimor.com.au
• Create your unique login and associate it with the apartment number.
• Create your password. (If you have already registered simply login using your user name and password.)
• Enter the requested details.
• In the case of Move In or Move Out, enter your proposed Move In or Move Out day, date and time from the available time slots on the schedule.
• The manager will advise you upon acceptance of the appointment.
Bookings will be for two hours, Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm. For the first month after settlement, Saturday move ins will also be available from 8am – 6pm.

Connecting Your Utilities
Immediately after settlement you will be responsible for the connection of utilities to your apartment.
Electricity is facilitated via an embedded network through Origin Energy. Please contact Origin Energy to arrange a connection.

Telephone and Internet
Access is required to the MDF room to connect your phone and internet. The location of the MDF room is in a cupboard in the main foyer located on the right hand side. Access is restricted at all times. Service providers may also require access into the services cupboard on your apartment.
