Arrangements for purchaser inspections are also in motion (exact dates and times to be confirmed), but most likely to be later next week (5-7 April, 2017).

Works are progressing well on site, the end is so close and the building is looking fantastic!
We are busy applying the finishing touches to the building, and the cleaners have also commenced with their preliminary clean of the building.
We anticipate settlement will occur in second half of March 2017.

Great news! We have received the following updates for 66 St Georges Road, Northcote:
All kitchen joinery are now installed with the remaining bathroom and bedroom joinery to be installed in the next few days.
Balcony tiling is almost complete and most of the balcony balustrades have been installed.
All floor finishes (timber floorboards, carpet and tiles) have been installed in the apartments on ground levels and levels 1 and 2. Level 3 and 4 to be completed in the next few days.
All appliances have been installed and final services fit off is almost complete on all levels.
The building lift is complete and fully operational.
The car stackers have been completed and are fully operational.
Remaining works are expected to be finished in about two weeks near the start of March and settlements are estimated to be called approximately a few weeks after (Mid March)

We have received the following updates from the developer:
Constructions at St. George is progressing well!
- All windows and glazing installed
- The building is now fully enclosed and the roof is on.
- Plastering of all apartment walls and ceilings almost complete.
- First coats of paint completed on walls and ceilings on ground floor apartments as well as levels 1 & 2.
- Tiling of bathrooms has commenced in the ground and level 1 apartments.
- Balustrade installation has commenced
- Kitchen and bathroom joinery prototype had installed and inspected, joinery installation on ground floor has commenced
- All leaf patterned precast concrete panels have been installed on the facade.
- Works on track for completion in February 2017.
Settlement is likely to be in mid-late February 2017, therefore this would be a great time to get your finance organised, should you require finance for settlement.
