We are pleased to announce that hand over looks likely to take place in approximately 2 weeks.

The draft subdivision plan has been presented to Council for approval, the plan will be circulated to the purchaser’s legal representative shortly.

The Vendor will be in contact with all purchasers to arrange the final inspections for Thursday 4th and Friday 5th August, 2016.

We are pleased to announce that the scaffolding is coming down at 19 Wellington!

With settlement quickly approaching purchasers should notify their banks immediately that valuation inspections can now take place by contacting Izad Samsudin, Project & Site Manager of Valeo Construction on 0428 330 221 and arranging an appointment.

Final/defect inspections will take place on Saturday, 25 June so purchasers or their agents are asked to contact Pat Prout of Momentum Developments on (03) 9886 1844 or email pprout@momentumwm.com.au to organise a time for their inspection.

The Developer has advised that Settlement at 19 Wellington Road, Box Hill will be in approximately July, 2016.

All purchasers should notify their banks (if necessary) to organise the on-site valuations by contacting Trevor Gehrig of Valeo Construction directly on 0447 831 869 or trevor@valeoconstruction.com.au to finalise their finances.

As soon as the site has been handed over to this office by Valeo we will organise the final inspections for Purchasers.

19 Wellington – May 2016 Update

3 May 2016

Please find attached a copy of the latest letter sent by our Conveyancer (HDME Lawyers) to all the purchasers’ legal people on May 3.

The Developer is looking at a handover of the site from the Builder on approximately the 16th of June.

Engine Property Management has been appointed as the Body Corporate for the building.

Subdivision work is proceeding but will not be completed until sometime after the handover (as is usual as this involves local council inspections and lodgement of the title etc.) so at this present time we are hoping for a settlement date of around the 8th of July.

As you can see from the attached letter, Valeo Constructions will organise the bank inspections and once the handover has taken place, a day and time will be organised when purchaser’s can do their final inspections of the apartments.

We will advise you of any further updates as we hear them.

Construction of 19 Wellington Road, Box Hill is, of course, well underway. 

The completion date has moved to approximately early 2016 – (perhaps early to mid March).  The builders are on site 6 days a week, so it is moving ahead steadily.

 Our Solicitors, HDME Lawyers, will be contacting all purchasers legal representative within the next week or so with updates. 

Please check the Developers website www.momentumdevelopments.com.au/developments for some progress photos of the site. 

As the builder sends through photographs they will be loading them on the website so purchasers can follow the progress.
