We would like to advise that pre-settlement inspections can now be booked in via a private 30 minute appointment with the Builder. Appointments are available at the following times:

Wednesday 24th, Thursday 25th and Friday 26th of May, from 9-3pm.
Saturday 27th of May, from 9-2pm.

As final inspections and settlement are quickly approaching, we would like to remind all purchasers this Saturday final inspections will be taking place. As this is the only inspection we recommend all purchasers conduct any measurements they need at this time. If you have also arranged for a building inspector to inspect your apartment, we suggest they attend at this time as well.

The Bayside – April 2017 Update (Valuer & Purchaser Inspections)

Great News! Bayside Apartments are nearing completion and are looking great. The plan of subdivision has been lodged with Council and once titles are registered,  purchasers will be given 14 days notification of settlement. This is anticipated within the next 3-4 weeks subject to council delays.

In light of this, we are happy to advise that we can start organising Valuer and Purchaser Inspections! Details are as follow:

Valuer Inspections:
Valuer Inspections will be taking place from the 20th of April onwards. Please contact Ash on 0433 882 431 to arrange your valuer inspection.

Purchaser Inspections:
Purchaser Inspections will take place on Saturday the 22nd of April from 10:00am – 11:00am.

Both a Castran Gilbert & Builder Representative will be present.

The Bayside – February 2017 Update Part 2

Great news!! The development has almost reached completion with the final items including landscaping and hallways to the finished . The Builder has advised the development is to be completed by Late March/ Early April. With occupancy permit and sub-division title registration taking between 3-6 weeks, they are expecting settlement to take place Early May.

Purchaser & Valuer inspections with take place Mid April. We will advise all purchaser of the how to book in these inspections as settlement approaches.

The Bayside – February 2017 Update

We have been advised that the builders for The Bayside are working towards a March completion for building construction.

Registration of Sub-Division Plan titles in the Title Registry office is expected to then occur by 31st of March, however this is dependent on Council and other authorities.

Once the titles are registered without delays, settlement is expected to start in April.
