We are pleased to advise that pre-settlement inspections can now be booked in via a private 30 minute appointment.
Appointments are available at the following times:
- Tuesday 3rd October– 9am – 1:30pm
- Wednesday 4th October– 9am – 1:30pm
- Thursday 5th October – 9am – 1:30pm
- Friday 6th October – 9am – 1:30pm
- Saturday 7th October – 9am – 1:30pm

Great News! As settlement is fastly approaching we are pleased to advise valuation inspections will be conducted from the 27th of September onwards. Please contact Dale on 0417 462 626 to arrange your inspection.
Please be reminded that this is inspection is for your bank only. We will be arranging purchaser inspections shortly and will notify all purchasers accordingly.

We would also like to note that blinds can be measure and ordered prior to settlement, but installed only after settlement due to instructions from the developer. If for any reason you wish to contact us to discuss any details further, please do not hesitate.
We are pleased to advise Evelyn is progressing well and coming close to practical completion.
The crane has been removed and the lift is currently being installed. The apartments flooring and painting of the walls is on-going and works have commenced to the external paving and canopies.
The provisional completion date is the end of September 2017 or beginning of October 2017 pending, completion by the builder and how long it will take for titles to be issued.
We will be sending another update over the next 2 weeks with Valuer and Purchaser Inspection times.
All structural works were completed prior to Christmas including the concrete roof. Fit out and services rough-in from ground floor to level four have commenced.
Evelyn is still looking to be completed by July 2017
The second floor concrete slab was poured on Thursday the 13th of October and the third floor slab is scheduled to be poured by the end of this month.
The ground floor slab at Evelyn is scheduled to be poured within the next month.
