EVELYN APARTMENTS SETTLEMENT UPDATE
We are pleased to announce settlement has been called and all purchasers are to be advised of the move in procedures & the key collection process.
Upon moving into their new premises all owners are to contact Nathan Nankin from Alliance Owners Corporation to arrange a time for their move. All owners/residents will only be permitted to move into their apartment if a booking is made between the hours of listed on the Indemnity Form attached.
All purchasers will also be obligated to sign and return the Owner Indemnity Form & Condition Report attached to the guidelines enclosed.
Purchasers must also follow the below checklist listed below and mentioned on page 4 of the owner’s guidelines.
A)Contact: Nathan Nankin – Alliance OC Manager
B)Sign Owner/Occupier Indemnity Form & Return
C)Advise Removalist on procedures for moving in
D)Consider the size of Furniture with regards to the lift.
E)Get removalist to complete and sign Indemnity Form and return
F)Removalist must contact Nathan Nankin prior to arrival
G)Provide a copy of Removalist Public Liability Insurance
H)Complete Condition Report prior to commencing move in
I)Make arrangements for removal of boxes and packing materials.
K)Book Car Stacker Induction.

We are pleased to advise Evelyn is progressing well and coming close to practical completion.
The crane has been removed and the lift is currently being installed. The apartments flooring and painting of the walls is on-going and works have commenced to the external paving and canopies.
The provisional completion date is the end of September 2017 or beginning of October 2017 pending, completion by the builder and how long it will take for titles to be issued.
We will be sending another update over the next 2 weeks with Valuer and Purchaser Inspection times.Read more
We wish to advise that Evelyn, at 92 Maroondah Highway, Ringwood, is progressing along well. At this stage, completion is expected in 6-8 weeks. We will continue to provide further updates as the project approaches completion and settlement.
Great News! We are pleased to announce the fit out of the apartments and external cladding is progressing well. Project completion planned for July 2017.
All structural works were completed prior to Christmas including the concrete roof. Fit out and services rough-in from ground floor to level four have commenced.
Evelyn is still looking to be completed by July 2017
