Please find below the latest update from the developer of the Pier 1 development:
We can confirm that the plan of subdivision has now been lodged with the Titles Office.
We anticipate that the plan of subdivision will be registered within the next two (2) weeks.
Pursuant to the Contract of Sale, settlement will occur ten (10) days after registration and after the certificate of occupancy is issued. It is anticipated that the certificate of occupancy will be issued on or around 13 November 2017.
That means settlement is likely to occur on or around 23 November 2017.
If you have not already done so, now is also the time for you to finalise finance. We recommend you contact your bank at your earliest convenience to ensure that settlement takes place on time to avoid any possible penalties.

He is familiar with the Pier One Development and will be able to take you through the finance process quickly to ensure settlement dates are complied with.
The Bank will be required to conduct a valuation of the apartment prior to finance being approved.

We reiterate that valuation appointments will only be scheduled via email for the times referred to above. There will be no further opportunities to have the apartments valued.
PRE SETTLEMENT INSPECTIONS
Purchasers will able to conduct a pre-settlement inspection for thirty (30) minutes from the days and times below:
Monday 20 November 2017 9.00 am – 4.00 pm
Tuesday 21 November 2017 9.00 am – 4.00 pm
Wednesday 22 November 2017 9.00 am – 4.00 pm
Thursday 23 November 2017 9.00 am – 4.00 pm

Again, appointments can only be scheduled by email for the dates and times above. Additionally, there will be no further opportunity to schedule additional appointments.
As a final matter, we are instructed to advise that the rules of the Owners Corporation only permit certain external window furnishings. In order to assist purchasers, Lovelight are aware of the window furnishing requirements and have already measured each apartment at Pier One. Should you be interested, orders will be accepted via the Lovelight website and you will shortly be issued with login details, direct on the Lovelight website.
