Settlement Date

Settlement is anticipated for late May 2018.

We will keep you updated as we get closer to this date.

Legal Matters

For legal matters, please ensure you continue to liaise with the legal representative. They will require a fully executed copy of the Contract of Sale as a starting point. If a legal representative is yet to be appointed, please ensure it is done so immediately.

Finance Application

If finance is required to settle the apartment, you need to ensure you are working diligently with them to ensure all documentation is in place in readiness for settlement. Please note the application process is longer, and significantly slower. If a financier is yet to be appointed, please ensure it is done so immediately.

Bank Valuation
The financier may require a bank valuation inspection to be carried out in order to complete the loan application.

The bank valuation inspections are by appointment only and must be booked through us.

In due course we will provide you will details on the valuation process.

At this stage, we expect valuations to commence in late April 2018. We will advise you of a firmer date with our next update.

Final Inspection Appointments
The purchaser or a representative of the purchaser will have an opportunity to view the apartment, by appointment only.

Again, the final inspection will be by appointment only and must be booked through us.
